How does virtual learning work at CCA Virtual Academy?

Students complete coursework online through a combination of self-paced lessons and teacher-led instruction, supported by a learning management system and regular check-ins with advisors. The material lives online through video instruction and online examples and is available to you for review 24/7 for each class.

Is the curriculum accredited and will my child earn a diploma?

Yes — CCA is accredited by the State of Indiana and is in the process of adding secondary accreditation through Christian Schools International (CSI). The Liberty University classes are also nationally accredited through ACSI. The program uses an accredited curriculum all the way around, and students who complete graduation requirements will earn an Indiana high school diploma.

How much time will my child spend on schoolwork each day?

Most students spend 4–6 hours per day on coursework, depending on their pace and grade level. The flexible schedule allows students to adjust based on their needs.

What kind of support is available if my child has questions or falls behind?

Students have access to subject-specific teachers and a dedicated advisor who provide support, monitor progress, and help get students back on track when needed.

Is this program eligible for Indiana school choice funding (voucher program)?

Yes — CCA Virtual Academy is eligible for Indiana’s Choice Scholarship Program at CCA. CCA’s official school number with the State of Indiana is C575. We can help you determine eligibility and guide you through the application process. Most families in Indiana are voucher eligible. The parent pay portion of tuition is all that the parent is responsible for at CCA due to the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program.
