The Purple Star School Program recognizes schools in Indiana that demonstrate a significant commitment to serving military-connected students and families. This designation is awarded to schools that meet specific criteria, such as having a dedicated staff member as a military family liaison, providing professional development on the unique needs of military students, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for these families.
