Dear CCA Families:

This enrollment application assures the Admissions Office that you plan on enrolling your child(ren) for the next school year, barring unforeseen circumstances. The enrollment application fee of $50 per student is due by August 1st. You can pay by mailing a check or money order in the correct amount to 2565 Villa Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46203. 

I will be reaching out for further information if necessary. We are incredibly thankful that you have chosen CCA, and we look forward to serving your family in the 2020-2021 school year!
